You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for the current billing cycle.

All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of duplicate charges or verified billing errors.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction for review.

Upgrades or downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
